The star of the show? Their renowned avocado on sourdough topped with perfectly scrambled eggs—a dish that has garnered rave reviews from patrons like Tamara Simpson. She describes it as “the best,” and I couldn't agree more. The combination of creamy avocado on artisanal sourdough is a simple yet effective choice, showcasing the eatery's commitment to quality ingredients.

Amy's Pantry also excels in creating memorable drinks. Their smoothies, such as the refreshing mix of blueberry, raspberry, banana, and flaxseed, are perfect for a health-conscious audience. Not to mention, their selection of local alcoholic beverages, like the Biddenden Ortega White and Gribble Bridge Rose, adds a sophisticated touch for those looking to unwind.
Afternoon tea is elevated to an art form here. Lesley Neville speaks highly of the stunning tableware and the effort made to personalize her experience with fresh raspberries instead of strawberries. It's these little touches that set Amy's Pantry apart from the competition, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction that resonates deeply.

“ This was my 1st visit and will now be my last. They serve the best avo on sourdough with scrambled eggs and carrot cake. These hit the spot whilst I did a bit of work over breakfast and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I always like to support local eateries and I would highly recommend Amy's Pantry ”
“ Visited today for a pre-booked afternoon tea. Very pretty tableware and table cloth. Food was excellent and very fresh. I am not a fan of strawberries and was delighted to have my jam swapped to my preferred raspberry, but even more so to find that I was to be treated to fresh raspberries in place of the usual fresh strawberries. I appreciated the effort made and will certainly make the half hour journey to visit again. ”
“ Popped in for late breakfast/brunch on a Sunday while staying nearby. V friendly staff - relaxed and attentive - and welcoming atmosphere. Food was a cut above - chives folded into the avocado mash, and really good quality bacon. ”
“ I visited here with my best friend from our school days, we hadn't seen each other for quite a few years and each had driven over an hour to meet up, so it was important we had a nice brunch. I'm so glad we chose Amy's Pantry. The staff were delightful, very friendly and the service was super efficient. We both had the Vegan breakfast, which was served piping hot and we both thoroughly enjoyed. My drink was the most delicious mango and coconut sorbet, so tasty and refreshing. Prices are spot on, as were the portion sizes. The atmosphere is really pleasant with interesting decor, tables are well spaced out so you don't feel cramped. A delightful place which I would highly recommend and as Arnie says, "I'll be back" ”
“ Unsure where to start! Oli was the most engaging, informative chef. The food was simple , but oh so delicious, tiny touches like micro herbs , dehydrated vegetables just lush. I want to head hunt him, but.... That would be unfair to all those loyal Customers . Superb to you all. ”
“ An attractive menu of options for lunch. Coffee is good. Nice to see a wee selection of local beers, ciders and wines. The toastie was delicious and the side salad tasty and varied: the peppers are a nice touch. I liked all the plants and the local community notices. Would be better if the customer toilet didn’t open into their prep area but I guess they can’t put it anywhere else, or they would have.... I would go back. ”
“ Stumbled upon this place on a visit to Tenterden, the food and drink is excellent and who wouldn't want to be in the cheerful, friendly, busy but not crowded. They were accommodating with slight changes to the adult menu for my slightly fussy teen. Nothing bad to say. ”
“ A magical little place with super friendly, helpful staff and amazing food. We had chocolate peanut butter milkshakes and shared a Festive Club Sandwich which was served with an awesome salad. The food is all well presented, not just thrown on a plate. The cakes looked yummy but we didn't try any this time - we will be back!! ”
